Operations of black market sellers have further blossomed. Innocent Citizen now bears the brunt of Government in-efficiency.
As many look forward to swearing of Alh.Muhammadu Buhari on the 29th as next elected president,it is majority hope that fuel scarcity will be a thing of the past in our nation.
