Shoprite Staff decry high rate of stealing by Customers

Fresh fact emerged on how thieves who disguised as customers go about their activity at the Shoprite supermarket located at Ikeja city mall. They buy Chicken,meat,consumable,eat part of it and leave the remaining hiding at the back of other products displayed instead for them to go and pay for it which is the normal thing for any customer to do.

The members of staff usually finds out during the daily routine check on the products displayed.
The Staff who spoke to us claim anonymity showed the current product consumed and hidden at the back of  Cornflakes to our reporter who visited the mall in the early ours of the day.
According to him," that is how we find it everyday. it is a daily thing and when we apprehend them,they started begging it is the devil. For how long are we going to continue like this in this country.It is very bad"
