Corps Member arrested for robbery in Benue

On 13^th August,2015, a corps member was arrested after using toy gun to deprived a lady of her properties which include a car. The lady with name withheld was intercepted at gun point when she was bout driving in to her area. Her EOD, huge some of money and two mobile phones were carted away with. The victim who stays at gra gboko who alerted the police to intimate them of the incident. Immediately, all police unit as well as high way patrol team in the area were alerted to join in recovery of the said properties. The corps member was arrested by men of special patrol team at akphaer village whose name is identified as Babatunde Asemoyebun attached to Gboko LG was found to be driving the stolen vehicle. The police recovered at the vehicle, head mask, victims mobile phones, cash and a toy gun were found in the boys possession. The victim later identified the suspect as the person that attacked her an as a one-man squad. The case is currently been investigated by the State CID markudi before the matter is reported appropriately to the NYSC
