Since
assumption of office over a 100days, President Muhammadu Buhari has run the
office of presidents without Ministers given much relevance the Civil Service
structure to the performance of a good Government. Ministers comes and go and
their footprint over the years has taken us back to the state of despondency
which president Buhari has finally corrected if I’m not mistaken. Why should Nigeria then fight over
Ministerial appointments which are just to act in a ceremonial capacity unlike
what we use to have? The Composition of Ministers has shown that Buhari has
