The University of Lagos,(Unilag) Students today locked the two main entrances to the institution to protest power outage as well as scarcity of Water.
A tweet Session already launched by The Press Club Unilag revealed that the power outage led to scarcity of water to bath and do other things. This also affected Students who want to make use of the library.
From findings,it was revealed that the power outage is as result of transformer issues aside the general drop in power outage which had since been a major national challenge.
We appealed to relevant authorities to attend to the Students and rectify whatever issues affecting the Studies on campus.
